Lightened-up soups:
It was a winter night and I was feeling too cold so want to eat something which reduces the coldness like a bowl of warm soup.. One of my favorite soup is hot and sour soup, and I was amazed to discover that it's really quite easy and cheap to make. Let me share a secret of tasty hot and sour soup recipe with you, Trust me its yummy. The other wonderful and surprising thing about this soup is how simple and quick it is to make.

To make hot and sour soup the ingredient required are;

  • Whole chicken legs (3 sliced in 3 pieces each) or 500 grams
  •  Frozen vegetables 300 grams – Any type you like, I use the mix of corn, peas, carrots.
  • White cabbage 1/2 cup threadbare

  • 2 eggs

  •  Chicken stock cube 1

  •  White vinegar 1/2 cup or you can use lemon juice too

  •  Salt 1 tbsp
  •  Black pepper 2 tbsp
  •  Soya sauce 4 tbsp & Chili sauce 4 tbsp

  • METHOD:

Boil chicken legs in 1 liter water with 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper. I have used chicken legs in soup because they always taste better than the chicken breast soup, if you want to make it in large quantity, you can use whole chicken too.   Take the chicken legs out and shred it in small pieces.  Add more water to the left behind stock (Around 1 more liter) and boil it. Add chicken stock in it and taste the salt, some chicken stocks is too salty so you might not need to add more salt to it. Add frozen vegetables and cabbage and boil for a minute or two. Add chicken and all the remaining spices and sauces. Taste it, if you want it spicier add some more black pepper or chili sauce and if you like more soya sauce or vinegar adds it now or it can be added later according to taste. Mix corn flour in cold water till it dissolves, slowly add it to the boiling soup then beat the eggs and add it in the thick soup, leave it for 2 seconds and then stir. Cook it for 2 minutes; it will make the yummy egg chunks. Some people don’t like the egg yolk or its smell; you can only use the egg whites too but take 3 eggs if you are only using egg white.  Your hot and sour soup is ready.

This yummy soup can be serving as Starter, side dish. Although it’s a complete meal itself. It has vegetables, eggs, chicken and much more which is good for your health. You can add more sizzling if you want much spicier. I take this soup trice or twice in a week cause I love it.  People who are on diet but want to stay healthy could use it. Hope you like this recipe. Please try this in this chilled season and have warm effect.

    Thank you for reading.

“TREND OF MORNING SHOWS IN PAKISTAN”

With the changing trend in media Pakistan has experienced an increasing trend of morning shows. These shows contain different segments, like interviews of famous personalities, cooking, beauty tips, daily exercises, about latest fashion etc. The morning shows played a great role in molding the personality of Pakistani women specially house wives. In past morning shows were a great source of information and entertainment. They gave a refreshing effect in the morning and also invite people from all walks of life. Like Nadia khan show on Geo channel, Farah hussain show on ATV channel. But now morning shows only show the wedding arrangement, dancing, the expensive bridal dresses. Like Good morning Pakistan show on ARY digital, Jago Pakistan Jago show on Hum Chanel and many more.

In my opinion, if we start analyzing these shows there is actually nothing to see except for the beautiful expensive cloths the hosts wear. These shows are hosted by some of the most well-known actors and actresses of Pakistan. Like Nida yasir, Sanam Baloch, Fahad Mustafa, Faisal Qureshi, Sahir Lodhi and many others. These shows give their loyal fans a chance to see their favorite stars on television many times a week and to interact with them at times through live calls. The weird thing is this well known Islamic scholar Amir Liaquat hosts the morning show on Geo entertainment channel now a days. Did you ever think that an Islamic scholar hosting the morning show? No, never but he is doing this and give negative impact of Islamic scholar or Islam on the whole world. Another major focus of morning shows these days is on competing with each other for high rating for example, one show arranges a wedding week the other channel also arrange the same wedding next week. The Qawwali with lyrics that is inappropriate according to Islam played during the morning show by shaista Lodi called Utho Jago Pakistan. This type of morning show does not follow the norms and culture of our society. Our Morning shows presently give total negative impact on the whole world.

The morning shows must be focusing on the talent of the youth, ways to lead a better life, tips to remain active and confident. They should provide platform to the girls who want to start a career. The responsibility as a host to educate her viewers, give information not just entertain. The main purpose of morning shows was to make the morning of viewers fresh and informative with an active touch to provide a new life to the viewers. To aware the women about their responsibilities and rights. Honestly speaking, very soon morning shows will vanish. The only reason for it is the lack of variety. Masses are now fed up of watching the same kind of shows. To keep morning shows alive, we seriously need to make some efforts to give quality entertainment to viewers. If they respect our Religious and Cultural values and stop copying the culture of non Muslims so they can regain the charm of morning shows.

THE GREAT SMARTPHONES CONFILICTS

For the last few years there’s only been two handsets EVERYBODY knew about: Samsung’s latest Galaxy S device and Apple’s iPhone but past  three years, Apple and Samsung have clash on a range almost first-time in business history, their legal war costing more than a billion dollars and spanning four continents. Beginning with the super-secret mission that created the iPhone and the late Steve Jobs’ fury when Samsung—an Apple supplier!—brought out a shockingly similar device, Kurt Eichenwald explores the Korean company’s documentation of exclusive rights violation, among other coldblooded business diplomacy, and explains why Apple might win the battles but still lose the war.

Apple has won millions of pounds in compensation from Samsung as the legal battle between the two technology giants continues.

This year, however, is slightly different as Samsung Galaxy S5 into a hit, following confirmed dips in sales year-on-year of around 40%. Fortunately for Samsung it has the Galaxy Note 4 and the thoroughly excellent Samsung Galaxy Alpha to fill in the gaps.
The Galaxy S5 wasn’t bad; it just lacked anything resembling a compelling USP compared to rival handsets from Sony and HTC. It felt distinctly average and that is never good when you’re talking about a flagship handset, especially one from a company that, at the time, was on top of the world. And it really couldn’t have happened at a worse time, either, as everybody knew Apple was going to storm into the market in late-2014 with a radically altered iPhone proposition.
Samsung is now in the process of completely re-evaluating its Galaxy S line ahead of the launch of the Galaxy S6 during Q1 2015 –– so expect BIG changes. In this comparison we’re going to take a look at how the current Galaxy S5 compares to Apple’s slightly newer iPhone 6. In terms specs and hardware in general both handsets are pretty evenly matched –– generally speaking, anyway –– but are the other differences? And where does one outdo the other? Lets bloody well find out.
But first, the specs in a handy side-by-side table.

THE iPhone 6:
Certainly easily has the edge. I’m not a big fan of the large top and bottom bezels that still reside on the iPhone 6, but its beautifully chamfered edges and matt aluminium unibody back and edges really stand out compared to the glossy metal edges on the Galaxy S5 and its controversial faux leather plastic back. And it is around 75000 rupees in pakistan
THE Galaxy S5’s trump card:
it is both water and dust resistant . Most usefully this means the Galaxy S5 can be left in up to one metre of water for up to 30 minutes. An ugly plastic flap on the power port must be shut for this, but it remains a major feather in the cap for the S5. Not only is it great for protecting against water damage that would kill the iPhone 6, but it is remarkably liberating being able to answer a phone call or adjust your music in the shower!it this divies is around 55000 in pakistan

Glitter nail polish gives lively look to your hands. It is hard to avoid and probably the best thing ever invented for girls. But it is as hard to remove. A week before I encounter this problem. I love glitter nail polish but it is such pain to remove.  I tried to removed it with thinner…it got removed but left some particles on my nails. So I thought to share those precious tips to help out girls like me ;). It is so easy and simple and will save your time.
So here it’s how to deal with such nail polish. First of all gather your supplies; nail polish remover, cotton balls, aluminium foil (If you don’t have aluminium foil you can use elastic bands).

Step #1:move
Dip a small cotton ball in nail polish rer, set it directly on the nail polish, and then fasten an elastic band around to hold it in place or wrap it in aluminium foil.

Step #2:
Repeat the process on each of your fingers. Leave the cotton balls for five minutes or more depend on the coats of nail polish.

Step #3:
Subsequently, slide the cotton ball off gently to pulling all the glitter off the nail in one swipe. Continue to scrub off remaining particles of glitter and then repeat the process on the rest of your fingers.

Lessons Learnt From Life (Part 1) Our Mistakes Make Us Tolerant.

I have learnt from life that the mistakes that you make in your life, makes you tolerant in a way that you don't piss off others when they make the same mistake. You are patient with them. You kind of help them out with a soft heart. You don't tell them "Oh my God ! You are a sinner!" Because you know very well that at some point in your life, you did the same.

We have absolutely no right whatsoever, to judge somebody based on their faults, because our faults don't represent us. Our intentions do. That's how our God judges us. Based on our intentions and intentions only. I have come to a point in life where I try and dig deep into the matters of life, the variations in the behavior of people, the results following and their reactions to those problems thereof. And I came to realize the fact that we humans think of ourselves as some notorious beings who have the power of making judgments based on the little knowledge that we have about something or someone. And that, my friends, is the sign of a fool. That's exactly what people with little faith in themselves, do. I, myself have encountered a number of events where people label their anger and their aggression as justifiable. Pardon me when I say this, that the God that you worship five times a day, knows every single mistake that you've done. He knows all those little sins that you have so shamelessly committed. But still He - The Almighty is tolerant with you. He didn't label you as 'sinner' . And possibly didn't disgrace you in front of the people, whom you, so intelligently charm with your mocked-up facade.
Then who are you to give a verdict over somebody's shortcoming based on the tiniest bit of knowledge you have about the consequences that the person has come through.
Sins  are a test that people fail. And the right to judge them lies with God, alone. Not you. Never ever look down on a sinner and say "I haven't done what you have". Never.
Because you will.

So that makes me think, that the mistakes that I do are actually a blessing in disguise ! Because in some way or the other, they are making me patient enough ! They prevent me from judging others because of their faults ! Because you see, those of us who are close to being perfect? They are miserable people inside ! They don't give others space and time to improve ! For them, every mistake makes you dig lower. When in my case, every mistake that I do, every lapse that I come through, makes me tolerant towards others. Makes me a ray of hope for others! That if I can come out nice and good after all of this, then maybe there's some kind of hope left for them to dwell on too ! Which is a great feeling - Indeed !
Stay Blessed.
